IQE’s interim results show continued progress with growth in all business segments. Group revenue grew 18% y-o-y to £63.0m with adjusted operating profit up 61% to £10.8m. The Wireless segment grew 7% but strong growth elsewhere saw dependence on this market continue to reduce (now c.69% of revenue).
