The Board of Molins has appointed Antony (Tony) Steels as CEO effective from June 6, 2016. In addition, it has appointed Andrew Kitchingman as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Dick Hunter, the outgoing CEO, will commence his notice period of six months from today and he will work with the CEO designate for a period to facilitate an orderly transition.
