TP Group has announced that the MoD has issued a notice detailing its intention to award an extension and expansion of the availability contract for Submarine Air Purification systems on UK boats to TPG Maritime, effective from 2017. The new sole-source contract would extend the existing core capability reference for Maritime and underpins our growth expectations for both that division and the group. We expect profitability to continue to improve.
