Development of PRS begins ahead of schedule

Sigma has announced that on-balance sheet PRS development has begun ahead of schedule with a 49 unit site in Merseyside. An additional 176 units are slated for 2016 in subsequent phases in Greater Manchester as Sigma targets 550 units/£60m GDV by the end of 2017. We make no changes to our forecasts as units will not yield rental income until FY16 which we assumed previously.
