Duke has raised a minimum of £15m in new equity at 27.5p, subject to shareholder approval. Together with £4m cash on the balance sheet, this would position Duke ideally to continue supporting existing partners in executing on accretive M&A, as well as opportunistically building equity stakes, helping to maximise gains upon exits.
