FSLF’s recently held Copley site visit was about adding tangibility to an abstract asset (an annuity cashflow) rather than a detailed line by line examination of the company’s cash flows. The value is in the nuggets gleaned (mainly on revenue and opex) as we walked across a sheep field / solar farm. In IRR terms, our impression was that of all the stakeholders, the farmers generated the highest Solar ROI.
