Given the fund’s track record of returning 12-14% per quarter, its portfolio valuation (8.5x EV/EBITDA) and management’s continued optimism about the portfolio’s potential and guidance for exits in 2022, we view its rating (9% premium) as undemanding and the fund as underappreciated.
