EKF has completed an asset purchase agreement for the Beep Insights app, which already integrates with EKF’s Lactate Scout Sport handheld analyser for the real-time monitoring of lactate levels. Whilst we do not expect any material impact on financials in the short-term, we view this as opening an additional incremental growth driver and a positive signal of intent from management. The shares remain highly attractive at <7x EV/EBITDA with strong cash generation and a robust balance sheet. We stay at BUY with an unchanged 35p TP.
