Verici has entered into a provider participation agreement with Prime Health Services, one of the largest Preferred Provider Organisations (PPOs) in the US. Prime Health’s nationwide network consists of more than 850,000 providers, and on an annual basis it processes c. 35m insurance claims. The agreement immediately enhances Tutivia’s commercial and clinical relevance, by expanding access to private payors, and improving private payor reimbursement transparency. Over the longer-term, we believe this agreement, and similar agreements should ultimately translate into higher private testing volumes, complementing Verici’s existing growth strategy focused on expanding and deepening its transplant centre network.
