MMX announced a number of proposed changed to the Board and executive management team as it takes steps to ensure it has the structures in place to execute on its strategy. In 2015, the group has been reducing operational costs whilst driving sales and revenue to ensure profitability in underlying operations in 2016. The group has a strong balance sheet and an attractive portfolio of new TLDs which we believe to be capable of generating significant returns.
