Afentra has signed an SPA with licence partner Etu Energias for the acquisition of a further 5% stake in its flagship licence Block 3/05, and a 6.67% stake in Block 3/05A. It now has a material 35% stake in Block 3/05, which it has patiently accumulated over the past c4 years.
