Challenger Energy announced that it has bid for AREA OFF-3, offshore Uruguay, and that the regulator, ANCAP, has published the Company's bid, the precursor to formal award of the licence to Challenger Energy. The company expects that, pending formal approvals, the licence will be awarded in the next 3-4 weeks. We believe that the development is both positive and significant and expect a commensurately positive market reaction.
