Falcon Oil & Gas has received a subscription from Sheffield Holdings LP for a US$10m private placement through the issue of 62.5m shares at a price of CAD$0.2/share (a c23% premium to yesterday's close). The private placement adds to Sheffield's existing c27.9m holding, who now owns 8.66% of the Company.
