Market Reaction: Neutral. We have always been of the view that the Isobel/Elaine was the most material and interesting exploration prospect to be drilled in 2016. Given the encouraging results at the first well, we believe that further derisking in this area is the rational thing to do. A success would make the North Falklands basin acreage much more attractive to any potential partner.
