Pharos Energy has released a trading update showing operations to be in line with expectations. Investors will now focus on the increase in drilling activity, which has the potential to add significant shareholder value. In Vietnam, the group has embarked on a two-rig, six-well infill and appraisal programme, which should deliver material production growth allowing a significant increase in the work programme. An improved fiscal framework has been in place since October 2025.
