Prospex Energy has issued £565k of Convertible Loan Notes (“CLNs”) due June 2028, with plans to raise up to £1.6mm, aimed at supporting near-term capex commitments across its European gas and power portfolio. The offer remains open on identical terms to existing shareholders and qualifying investors until 9 January 2026.
