Sound has announced a significant set of company actions, disposing of its Morocco development assets for US$57m cash, relinquishing its nearby Morocco exploration assets, and a plan to fully repay all of its debts in the near term. This is expected to leave the company with c.US$11m cash and a platform for growth from new oil and gas acquisitions and pursuit of new energy projects.
