In a meeting with TransCanada on June 28, 2016, we learned that TransCanada is proposing a new 10-year term toll to Dawn, Ontario that would reduce Canadian Mainline/Great Lakes Gas Transmission firm service Empress-to-Dawn tolls from $1.83/GJ to $0.85-$1.10/GJ. The final value would depend on the total volumes that companies were willing to commit and the minimum commitment would be 1 bcf/d.
