Jadestone has raised US$110 mm (£83.9 mm) of equity, upsized from US$95 mm, at 35p/sh, equal to the company’s TSX closing price on 16th July 2018 of C$0.61/sh. In conjunction with the raise, the company has started trading on AIM, using the ticker JSE LN, which exposes it to a more active investor base.
