Plexus has announced its intention to raise £3.0m via the placing of new shares, with a further up to £0.5m in a retail offer, subject to a General Meeting on 7 April 2025. Proceeds will to be used to expand its Exact wellhead rental inventory to support a growing sales pipeline. The focus is on market segments in which Plexus has had considerable success in the past and where it can secure orders within the rapidly growing decommissioning segment in UK and Jack-up exploration activity in the US ....
