Litigation Capital Management (LCM) has announced an unsuccessful commercial arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration. Unlike other recent losses, the case followed the Group's typical co-investment split of 25/75, with LCM investing £2.5m of its own capital into the case, highlighting the benefits of the less capital-intensive co-investment model when facing a loss.
