Paysafe is acquiring an affiliate technology company for C$40m/US$30m. The business will be integrated into the Digital Wallets division, where it will provide an additional service to help merchants manage their affiliate programmes. The acquisition fits well with the company’s strategy of providing niche payment solutions and should help strengthen the company’s relationships with its merchant customer base.
