Hikma has appointed Sigurdur Olafsson as CEO, with immediate effect. Olafsson will also join Hikma’s board of directors, pending approval at the next AGM in May. He will be taking over from the current CEO and majority shareholder Said Darwazah, who will be retaining his position as Executive Chairman.
