Venture Life Group has announced the acquisition of a portfolio of brands from the private Swiss pharma company, Helsinn Healthcare. Venture Life will pay CHF6m for the portfolio, which includes three on-market brands and two products in development. The brands, which generated revenues of £2.5m during a Covid-19 impacted FY20A, target the oncology support market, a new opportunity for the company.
