Metals Exploration (“MTL”) has announced that following damage caused by Super-typhoon Uwan on 9th November 2025, production guidance from the company’s Runruno mine in the Philippines has been cut to 65koz-70koz. Guidance was 70koz-75koz and management had previously flagged production to be at the lower end of the range following an issue with the BIOX plant in Q3 that resulted in a six-week suspension of plant operations.
