Bloomsbury has announced this morning an exciting tech agreement with Google giving the company access to advanced AI capabilities which strengthen processes across the business, from backlist discovery to operational execution. We believe the deal brings both growth and cost efficiency benefits and, importantly, this is already captured by existing capex plans. No changes to forecast or recommendation at this stage.
