The group has announced two acquisitions this morning for a total value of £10.6m both of which offer short term asset management opportunities following which higher levels of income can be secured. As the income will not flow through until 2017 we are not changing our forecasts today. The transactions are consistent with the group strategy of acquiring unloved secondary office properties at yields well above the interest costs so that strong returns for shareholders can be achieved.
