Grainger has announced that construction has now commenced at its 216-home PRS development in Leeds, which is being forward funded for £34m. The scheme (known as Fabrik) is anticipated to generate gross yield on cost in excess of 6.5% once stabilised, with completion anticipated for late 2021.
