Imagination Technologies has announced that it has appointed Guy Millward as Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Richard Smith (who is joining Sepura) in July. Guy will join Imagination on 1st December 2015, taking on the role of CFO on 21st December post the group’s interim results on 15th December.
