IQE has announced that during March it has received record volume purchase orders, worth just over $3m, in its Infrared division. This follows on from the $3.7m Infrared purchase order from a leading global substrate manufacturer in January. Separately the group has announced that it has joined a €15m project to establish a mid-infrared photonics supply chain.
