First Derivatives has announced that Kx has been selected by cognitive health specialist BrainWaveBank to power its neuroscience platform and help build the world’s first Big Data collection of brainwave activity data. The significance of this deal is not just in the revenue potential, but because it represents a number of firsts: Kx will be embedded in the solution, the solution is consumer targeted, and it is a solution for the healthcare sector.
