Nanoco has announced that it has agreed to accept a no-fault settlement in its dispute with LG Electronics that will result in a gross payment of $5m (£3.8m at today’s exchange rate) to be received by Nanoco. The settlement is not included in our current forecasts, and our FY26 forecast includes further legal costs based on our previous assumption that the case would be ongoing.
