DOTD has acquired Social Snowball, an influencer marketing software provider, for 4x sales. Social Snowball is growing revenue at +200% y/y, presents cross-sell opportunities, and introduces DOTD to influencer marketing, a market projected to grow at an 18% CAGR. We see this as a sensible, complementary and attractively priced acquisition. We update our forecasts for this, plus DOTD’s exit from a low margin contract which should have little effect on the company’s profits, but frees resources to focus on higher margin growth. DOTD trades on only 14x FY26 P/E or a 6.6% FCF yield, which is undemanding for such a resilient business.
