Pinewood Technologies has acquired certain customer contracts for £2.5m in cash from the Motify Group, a reseller of the Pinewood DMS System in Southern Africa. Pinewood will take control of the contracts and a number of employees in the region, aligning with its strategy to target this geographic region.
