SDL announced the appointment of new CEO, Adolfo Hernandez, who will be joining the group on 18 April 2016. David Clayton, current Exec Chairman will revert to the role of Non-Exec Chairman following a full handover. Adolfo worked in a number of executive roles in global businesses such as Alcatel-Lucent, Sun Microsystems and IBM and was most recently CEO of Acision. His experience involved turnarounds as well as running large, global software and services businesses should be a great fit for the task ahead at SDL in the near term and in the years to come.
