Formal board approval of the US$200m funding from IDB Invest for the Villeta project follows the similar board approval for US$100m from IFC and moves the project towards FID. As the first lender involved in the project and having played an important role in co-ordinating financing parties and due diligence, this move is more than a formality and gives a strong signal of confidence to other potential funders in our view.
