Haydale has announced it has raised approximately £2.1m through subscriptions for 474,010,883 new ordinary shares at an issue price of 0.45 pence per share. The price represents a discount of 28% to the closing mid-market price the day before, and a premium of 21% to the 30-day VWAP.
