PTSG has announced another acquisition, its fourth since IPO, which means that the Group will enter 2016 with good momentum. The acquisition of Langston Jones, for a total consideration of £0.7m, is a relatively modest deal and we leave our numbers unchanged at this stage. It is, though, a highly complementary acquisition, which expands PTSG’s client base into new territories (West Midlands) and brings additional expertise and knowledge into the Group, particularly in the area of PAT testing.
