Mercantile is an Indian port and logistics development company. It is currently developing the Karanja project in the industrialised region of Navi Mumbai. The project is now well advanced after several years of development work, and due for completion and first revenues in Q4 2017. In the lead up to this important event for the stock, we expect newsflow from construction updates and, crucially, signing of contracts with offtakers.
