Blackstone GSO Loan Financing (‘BGLF’) was listed in July 2014 and invests in a globally diversified portfolio of senior secured loans financed by debt, equity and through CLOs. The fund provides shareholders with a target income of 8% per annum. GSO is one of the largest global sub-investment grade managers, and is the largest issuer and manager of CLOs globally, with $20.1bn under management across 48 CLO issues, with an 18 year track record in investing in senior secure loans and managing CLOs.
