Union Jack Oil is primarily an onshore oil and gas company with a focus on production, drilling, development and investment in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The company holds valuable assets that generate good cash flow and has no long-term debt. Union Jack expanded operations into the US a couple of years ago and, together with its US partner, has acquired assets we believe will be quite profitable for the company.
