Yesterday, OSPN closed the Build38 acquisition. We adjust our model to reflect the $38.8 million closing price, which lowers our 2027 projected net cash position while the $100 million revolver remains intact. We like the strides the company has taken over the past year to cut expenses and create a more nimble operating model. With that mostly completed, a chief revenue officer was hired in December 2025. We expect the CRO to focus on driving a more efficient sales force and go-to-market strategy, which should improve the lead generation and pipeline expansion. We expect 2026 to focus on growth initiatives with investments in sales and marketing and research and development. We anticipate seeing tangible results toward the end of 2026 with an acceleration in growth in 2027.
