FCA has agreed with KKR, the US private equity firm which controls Calsonic Kansei, to sell Magneti Marelli for a transaction value of €6.2bn. We are currently valuing the Italian firm at a €4.6bn enterprise value which includes revenue of almost €2bn that is not sold. The deal is expected to be finalised during H1 19.
