AdEPT Technology Group PLC's (LON:ADT) Phil Race and John Swaite tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott all of its employees have made a seamless transition to working remotely using Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Avaya IX technologies.
They say call volumes to AdEPT’s support teams have increased by 85% over the last few weeks but the company expects the level of calls to ease off as people get used to working at home.
