American Resources acquires exclusive rights to Rare Earth innovations from Purdue University

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: AREC) CEO Mark Jensen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company in acquiring the exclusive rights to Purdue Universities work in relation to ligand assisted displacement chromatography. Jensen saying the patents are specific to the processing of separating pure rare earth metals in an environmentally friendly manner. Jensen talks more about that and also shares news the company is setting up a special purpose acquisition company to undergo an IPO of its units.
