Ansila Energy to acquire Hartshead Resources to create new UK North Sea gas developer

Ansila Energy's (ASX:ANA) Chris Lewis talks to Proactive about their plan to acquire Hartshead Resources in an all share deal to create a new UK North Sea Gas developer. Lewis talks through the rationale behind this transaction, the southern gas basin has been producing for over 50 years and Lewis is convinced there are still gas resources to be had.
