David Woodall, CEO of Aura Energy Ltd (ASX:AEE, AIM:AURA), highlighted the company’s two primary projects at the Proactive One2One Investor Conference.
The first is the Tiris project in Mauritania, progressing towards development, and the second is a tier-one project in Sweden, rich in metals like vanadium, nickel, molybdenum, zinc, and uranium.
Woodall emphasised the global shift towards electrification and the need for metals to achieve net-zero carbon emissions. He detailed the complexities of the uranium market and its importance in the energy mix. Aura’s Tiris project boasts a high-grade uranium resource, with plans to start production soon. The company’s Hagen project in Sweden offers potential in the vanadium and sulphate of potash markets.
