Chapel Down founder Frazer Thompson and CEO Andrew Carter join Proactive to introduce the company and its ambition for the English winemaker.
Having raised more than 5m back in July, the firm is now accelerating its growth plans by scaling up its winery operations, beefing up its e-commerce platform and building up the brand in the UK and overseas. Both believe Chapel Down is the leading brand with a product proven over 20 years.
Carter recently took over the reigns in September, who has previously held senior roles at Treasury Wine Estates and Bacardí. They have been working together since 13 September to ensure a 'seamless handover'.
