CMC Markets PLC's (LON:CMCX) David Fineberg, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer talks to Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam about their new programme of work with three charities as part of the 'Education & Employment Intervention Programme'.
The company has just committed to donating a total of £600,000 over three years to Action for Children, Yes Futures and Making the Leap.
Fineberg explains how crucial it is for everyone to be computer literate, as the workplace evolves he says 'people will have to improve the way they present and interact and install that confidence in people'.
He says at CMC, there is 'the love, the trust and the support' which is what is important to them.
