Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) has reported a 9.3% rise in EBITDA to £151 million for the year to end March and raised its dividend. It says demand for digital networks remains strong, with new projects underway in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Oriole Resources PLC (AIM:ORR) has announced an updated exploration target of up to 650,000 ounces of gold at its Senala project in Senegal. A joint venture with partner AGEM is close to being finalised to take the project forward.
NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd (LSE:NESF) has cut investment fees. Based on market prices at the time the change took effect, this would equate to a reduction in fees of around 13%, or roughly £600,000 a year. The move aims to reduce its persistent share price discount and improve shareholder returns.
